    1799 Draped Bust Dollar certified as VF30 by NGC and struck 10% off center!  All early dollar errors are very rare and dramatic ones like this are virtually impossible to locate. I've never seen another early dollar with as dramatic an off-center error (although I am aware of a couple that exist) and I doubt I will ever have the opportunity to own another.
