HO Scale Ready Built Furnished Wood Color Victorian Mansion by Gold Rush Bay - Shell Only, house interior not included. “Haunted House”Architectural design is French Empire Victorian and for the first time at Gold Rush Bay includes a Mansard Roof. Measurements: 5in wide x 4.5in deep x 6in high. Each balustrade, railing, fishscale tile and shutter detail lovingly created to model the 1890's detailed Victorian houses. Note: Sale is for the House Shell Exterior only.  Gold Rush Bay Interiors and furnishings are available and sold separately.  HO Scale figures not included.
Designed by San Francisco Architect and produced in the United States. Made of 3D printed plastic and can be easily painted with acrylic paint. May need some light sanding in some areas but not necessary. Note: This is not intended to be a toy. Each house is highly detailed thus tiny details may break in shipping. I will package as securely as possible but carrier handling is also a factor. Very detailed representation in HO Scale of the turn-of-the-century Victorian home. Good luck and happy bidding!
