NEW Sealed in Package - Assembled and Built HO Scale Victorian Row House Miniature. The very first structure from Gold Rush Bay. House Only (doesn’t include figures or furniture inserts). Italianate 3D Printed and Assembled Unpainted. Very intricately detailed and limited production. Gold Rush Bay Interiors can be purchased separately.

Era is 1890’s Victorian meant to symbolize the optimism of the Gold Rush. Details include original 5-sided bay windows started Victorian Row House before mass producers moved to 3-sided bays. Two story construction typical in 1890’s including edge “quoins” which were supposed to resemble stone cornered structure. Window panes are also open (without “glass”) for easy painting.
Can insert HO scale people and furnishings from Gold Rush Bay. Designed and created in San Francisco. Will come packaged securely with certificate of authenticity. Very rare piece of authentic Victorian design.
House footprint is 3in wide by 4in deep. Height is 4in.
