This vintage Smiley Face wall art
comes in very good condition.  It has light handling wear and soiling (see pictures).
The piece
is approximately 13-1/2" in diameter, and 1/2" thick.  The piece is made of black and yellow "popcorn" plastic (plastic chips melted together).
