Auction is for (2) items. An Indy 500 postcard, 3 1/2" x 5 1/2", pre-linen (1909-1929), post marked Oct 1910. Majestic Publishing Co., Indianapolis Ind. #22, one year before the 1st 500 mile race, mailed to the Charles Dixon family, Muskigan, Mich., fair condition for 109 years old. Also included is a 1980's issue of "Auto Racing History & Memorabilia:, the Indy 500 edition, 50 pages with racing articles, photos, that include: Collecting Indy 500 post cards, 8 pages with listings of over 500 postcards. Photo memories from Indy. The 1947 Indy 500 by Wilbur Shaw. Collecting race car decanters, with over 90 listed. Diesels at Indy. The Golden Area of Racing 1920's - 30's, Harris Insinger driver.
